ENIT ID Terms of Service (Draft)
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the conditions for using the ENIT ID and related services (the "Service") provided by ENIT Inc. (the "Company").
Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (About ENIT ID)
The ENIT ID is a shared account that allows users to use accommodations, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, and other services provided by the Company or its partner businesses.
With an ENIT ID, users may be able to use the following services:
Accommodation reservations
Online check-in
Identity verification
Payment services
Various services during your stay
Points, benefits, and membership services
Related services provided by the Company and its partners

Article 3 (Registered Information)
Users shall register their name, email address, phone number, address, and any other information specified by the Company.
Users shall keep their registered information accurate and up to date at all times.

Article 4 (Use of Personal Information)
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:
Providing and operating the Service
Accommodation reservations, identity verification, and payment processing
User support
Prevention of fraudulent use
Service improvement and new service development
Service coordination with partner businesses
Notifications and campaign information for users
Analysis of usage and creation of statistical data

Article 5 (Use of Statistical Data)
The Company may create statistical information processed so that individual users cannot be identified, and use it for the following purposes:
Service improvement
Market analysis
Demand forecasting
Reporting to partner businesses
Marketing planning
New service development
Statistical information may include age group, gender, region of residence, frequency of use, accommodation trends, and other analytical information.
Statistical information does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other information that can identify individual users.

Article 6 (Information Sharing with Partner Businesses)
The Company may share information with facilities users book or use, accommodation providers, payment providers, and other partner businesses to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Article 7 (Account Management)
Users shall manage their ENIT ID and password at their own responsibility.
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized use by third parties, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 8 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change, add to, or terminate the Service without prior notice to users.

Article 9 (Account Deletion)
Users may delete their ENIT ID through the prescribed procedure.
Information subject to statutory retention obligations may be kept for a certain period after deletion.

Article 10 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms take effect when notified or published by the method specified by the Company.
